• Student should be resident of Bihar.
• The student must belong to Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, Backward Classes and Extremely Backward Classes.
• Students of Academic Year 2019-20, 2020-21, 2021-22 can apply
• This scholarship amount will be given to those students who have passed in previous class with more than 50% marks and along with their parent or guardian, what should be the annual income from the total source is given below.

• Now register by filling all the requested information by clicking on the given New Students Registration link in pmsonline bih nic portal.
• Now login with the given your username and stronger password and upload all the required documents with all the requested information about students.
• Now submit the formonline and FINALIZE it.
• The institute will be provisionally approved to enable the student to apply.
• Bihar payment will be released only after physical verification by the duly constituted committee of the government.
• Make sure the student bank account is active and in the student’s name only.
• The student applications for post matric scholarship will be verified by both the authorities of the institute and a duly constituted committee of the Govt.
